Tom Hanks

Tom Hanks-2-1024x767Thomas Jeffrey Hanks, born July 9, 1956, is an American actor. He is famous for his dramatic and comedic role and is regarded as to be an American iconic cultural figure. Thomas Jeffrey Hanks was the child of Janet Marylyn, a hospital worker, as well as Amos Mefford Hanks (an itinerant chef). His mother, who was initially known as "Fraga" was part of born into a Portuguese family. His father, however, was mostly English. Tom was raised in what he describes as an "fractured" family.
