Prior to signing with Bad Boy Records, Machine Gun Kelly (born on April 22nd the 22nd of April, 1990) is famous for his blend of hip hop. In 2012 the singer released Lace Up his debut studio album. It peaked at number four on the US Billboard 200. It included his breakout single "Wild Boy" that was performed by Waka Flame. General Admission (2015) and Bloom 2017 were his second and third albums. The latter included the hit single "Bad Things" which was sung by Camila Cabello. It reached fourth place on the Billboard Hot 100. His fourth album, Hotel Diablo (2019), included the rap genre of rock.Machine Gun Kelly released his fifth album entitled Tickets to My Downfall, in 2020. The album marked the end of hip-hop and a move into the world of pop punk. It debuted at number one on the Billboard 200, the only rock album to achieve that at the time, and included the hit single "My Ex's Best Friend" which climbed to the top 20 of the Hot 100. The album also achieved the same commercial success with its follow up Mainstream Sellout (2022).Machine Gun Kelly played his first major role in the romantic comedy Beyond the Lights (2014) Then he appeared in the thriller based on a techno concept Nerve (2016) as well as the horror film Bird Box (2018), the comedy Big Time Adolescence and played Tommy Lee in the biopic The Dirt (both 2019)
